Your daily routine in this role:
Here's what you'll be doing:

• You will be responsible for customer service for some of our assigned customers.
• You will receive orders from our customers, which you will need to validate with our various partners in order to plan follow-up with our carriers and enter them into the schedules for receiving/shipping.
• You will accurately enter customer orders into the computer system to ensure quality work and outstanding customer service.
• You will follow up on orders with various partners and the team.

Your profile:

• Customer satisfaction-oriented.
• Independent and resourceful.
• Strong organizational and priority management skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Training in office automation, logistics, or a related field (an asset);
• Bilingual: French, English (an asset).

Your schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• 40-hour week
